Energy healing curated just for you. This supine (face-up) session is designed for nervous system regulation. You will experience light touch therapies such as Reiki, pranayama (breathwork), craniosacral, EFT (tapping), and aromatherapy. You can think of it as an assisited savasana, adult supervised nap, or guided mediation. What's Reiki to LaLa? REI soul or spirit + KI life force energy. This Japanese technique, created by Dr. Mikao, is a powerful tool for stress reduction using the metaphysical concept that all things have universal energy (prana, qi, chi, the force) or are comprised of energy. Practitioner's use palm healing or "laying on of hands" to energetically shift your electromagnetic field, often referred to as an aura. Chakras [energy centers] + nadis or meridians [energy highways] are all reference points that I use to facilitate change in this meditative practice. I love this modality for deep relaxation & rebooting the nervous system.

Life happens! So just shoot me a text (512.769.3111) if you need to reschedule your reservation! If I cancel within 24 hours → you’ll receive 50% off your next visit. If you cancel within 24 hours → you’ll be charged 50% of the missed service. Each appointment is reserved just for you. When a session is canceled on short notice, I’m unable to rebook the time and the funds are lost. As a small business, honoring this policy ensures I can keep serving our community with consistency and care. Because I live with Chiari Malformation, there may also be rare times I need to reschedule on short notice. In those cases, you’ll always receive 50% off your next visit. My goal is transparency and balance. A fair policy that supports both your care and my sustainability. *NO CALL/NO SHOWs will be a 100% charge of the missed service.
